How do we do it?
First and foremost, the pork feed we use is made from feedstock grown nearby, which enables us to restrict the transport required. The specific design of the sties the pigs live in reduces the emission of ammonia and their manure is processed into biomethane. This not only generates enough energy to heat all of the pigsties, but we are also able to supply over 4.000 families with electricity.
